Note:
Today we present a watch of which the condition is rare, as Datejusts were rather beater watches that most likely are polished or heavily worn. This terrific 1986 bicolor Rolex Datejust Ref. 16013, sold in 1987 with serial number 9’3xx’xxx, is a time capsule. There are several things to mention starting with the pristine condition of the watch, from the great condition of the bracelet which has no stretch to the case which is pristine and has no almost no signs of use. The clasp has minor signs of use and is stamped with 62523H / K8 dating from 1986. On the other hand you have the beautiful tritium dial where the plots and hands have aged to a beautiful beige. To top it all off, the watch comes with its original box, papers, booklets and invoice. The outer box of the box even still has the Rolex dealer sticker. Overall, the watch is one of a kind in this condition. If you want to add a special piece to your collection, this is the watch for you.
