Today we present a beautiful Rolex Oysterquartz Ref. 17000 from 1979, with a gorgeous tritium blue dial where the plots and hands have turned into a beautiful beige. Fitted with an oyster bracelet 17000B stamped on the clasp with B dated 1977, all parts are intact and match the production year. Case appears to be in a good condition. The case measures 36 mm. If you love good looking Oysterquartz models from the late 70’s, this is the Rolex to consider. This watch embodies what we love about the quartz crisis, as it made the big guys change their minds about mechanical watches and try quartz movements.
